Its really a big subject to discuss and implement at small levels to begin with.
In the largest democratic country of this earth with highest youth population in this world, are we rank best in education.
Not at all, actually education in our country is a disaster.
Think what it means?
- It means we are pushing our 50 cr youth out of 130 cr population in the future of darkness.
- It means, we are making biggest illiterate population of this world in terms of value creation at work.
- It means Indian parents are wasting billions of rupees only for educational infrastructure with no focus on education quality itself.
If we hadn't start to change our mindset of education on personal levels, believe us ; Education minister, Education boards and Vice Chancellors of Universities will not move a bit to change.
At present we are concentrated only to develop young into clerks, laborer, mediocre engineers which will lose against AI bots also in next 3 years.
Our well educated parents has to send their children for tuition's in primary and secondary education. This itself shows the deterioration in the quality of education.
Another example is; after paying the hefty fees in school, kid again has to take tuition's; it means school is providing services on educational infrastructure and administration but not on core education.
Most disastrous thing in education is, No parent realizes the importance of teacher and its teaching quality compared to brand, board, amenities and facilities school provides.
Parents has to rethink, whether they want to send child for study or enjoy luxury of infrastructure.
Lots of things need to be changed, but it should be started with simple step to at-least start teaching their own kid in primary section instead of directly sending them to tuition.
